For Women in Law

  1. Take some time off

You can’t expect to deliver top-quality work if you are constantly exhausted. Take some time to rest. Your body will thank you and you will be more productive at work.

2. Take note of your achievements and celebrate them

Stop for a moment to appreciate how far you’ve come what you’ve achieved and give yourself a pat on the back. You did that!

3. Ask for help. It’s not a sign of failure

You’d be surprised at how many people are happy to offer a helping hand and create a safe space for you to learn.

4. Try not to get into the habit of taking work home

This can be tough for many professionals with demanding jobs. But it’s important for us to make space for activities other than work outside the office.

5. Give in the urge to splurge

You work hard for your money and while you should definitely spend wisely, once in a while you should splurge and indulge.

With love,

Noemi
