I’m passionate about mentorship because I’ve been blessed with mentors who poured into me, challenged me, and helped shape the lawyer I am today. Having the right guidance can make all the difference. Through the FWIL Mentorship Program, I get to do the same – pass the baton, share my experiences, and uplift the next generation of women in law. Seeing my mentees grow in confidence and achieve their goals is a constant reminder of why I do this.
I’m so incredibly proud of this program and the incredible community we’ve built. Here’s to another year of impact and learning! ❤
