On Tuesday, I had the privilege of attending the 10th edition of Forbes Woman Africa’s Leading Women Summit #LWS2025, a powerful celebration of the resilience, leadership, and influence of women shaping Africa’s future.
One of the standout moments for me was the panel discussion on Why Conscious Leadership Matters: Building Trust, Transparency, and Self-Awareness. Lady-Leelai Kpukuyou’s words resonated deeply: “Women must break the chord of silence. Speak up even if your voice quivers.”
I couldn’t agree more. We are part of this world too, and we deserve access to the tools and resources that make our lives easier, like dedicated pumping facilities for mothers in the workplace! True progress means creating environments that support women holistically.
