A while ago I made the bold decision to step away from practice and take on a challenge I never could have imagined, even in my wildest dreams.
Stepping into a role to lead a company operating in the construction and infrastructure sector.
This move doesn’t mean I’m leaving the law entirely. I will continue providing legal and corporate expertise and support to various business development Investors.
I’ve shared stories and I’ve facilitated convos around career pivots on this platform. This time, the story is mine.
Through FWIL, I’ve spent years emphasising the importance of mentorship, and networking. I can now personally attest to how these very tools, alongside my qualifications and experience, have shaped this next chapter of my journey.
From woman in law to woman in construction, I’m embracing it all.
